Detailed Description

A club of epic proportions, Razzmatazz is an iconic venue of alternative culture in Barcelona, welcoming young and varied crowds; both local and international. Set up in a former factory, Razzmatazz, with its 60 foot high ceilings, huge dance floors, and not two, not three, but five different rooms, this club satisfies musical tastes of all kinds. The five different rooms are divided up to cater to different genres, however, on some nights, all five rooms and mashed up into one, huge, party venue.

The music of the club is eclectic; you can expect everything from trap, dubstep, hip hop, trance, disco, salsa, and the works! It is this ultra-modern, rich atmosphere, coupled with the huge spaces, numerous bars, mammoth dance floors and super modern and young crowds that make Razzmatazz so popular in Barcelona.

Razzmatazz is also a popular venue for some of the best line ups by big, international artists. An amazing venue to host parties, events, concerts, and performances, Razzmatazz is more than ‘just a nightclub’; it is an institution.

Barcelona’s one and only super club, Razzmatazz has lots to offer to its party lovers.

This is the ultimate guide to Razzmatazz, Barcelona. Find out everything you need to know about the dress code, the directions and how to get to the club, how to get on the guest lists, the drinks, and everything else you need to know about Razzmatazz, here!

Dress Code & Age Requirement

Razzmatazz is full of young, vibrant people who just want to have a great time. With a great selection of music in almost every genre possible, Razzmatazz is always filled with young, student crowds and party goers in their mid 20s. The minimum age requirement for Razzmatazz is 18 years for the ladies, and 21 years for the lads.

As for the dress code of Razzmatazz, this club has a refreshingly fluid dress code policy. The dress code guide states “Casual”. This means that you can literally come to the club in your favourite T shirt and a pair of jeans, and you will face no hassle with entry! As for the ladies, the dress code guidelines are the same! Whether you want to wear a nice dress, a skirt, pants, or shorts, you can have your pick. There is only one motto of the club; Be Comfortable.

However, keep in mind that you probably shouldn’t push the dress code policy too far by ending up in sports wear or beach wear. Other than that, you are free to experiment!

Weekly Program

Open four days a week, Razzmatazz has a different program for each night. On weekdays, the club hosts DJ events and live music shows, while on weekends, the club can stay open till 6 am in the morning with some of the best parties being hosted for party animals.

Wednesday Nights are El Dirty, with some of the most smashing pop hits being played in the Main Room of the club. There is a second room known as El Sucio where you can enjoy the genre of Latin music and reggae, if that’s what you are into.

Friday Nights are Fuego where various live performances in hip hop and R&B music take the stage. You will find many international artists playing their mind blowing sets on these nights.

Saturday Nights are Trill, and the crowds mostly swarm in to the Rex Room on these nights. You will find the music to be mostly trap, grime, footwork, R&B and cloud rap. A perfect night for those who enjoy modern music with a twist.

Sunday Nights are Insert, and you will find various events being hosted on this night. The music can vary from techno to house, to whatever kind of event is being held on that particular night.

Average Line, Guest Lists, Tickets & Entry Price

On a typical night, you can expect to pay around 15 Euros as an entrance fee to Razzmatazz. Of course, depending on the kind of parties and events being held on each particular night, the entrance fee varies.

Wednesday nights are the only nights you can avail of free entry into the club before 1:30 am.

Since it is such a popular spot in Barcelona, the average line outside the club can get pretty darn long. If you want to avoid a wait outside the club (and also enjoy a much lesser entrance fee), it is probably best to get your names in the Guest List for Razzmatazz. Get in touch with our Razzmatazz partners to know how to get your names on the Guest List!

Of course, if you are coming to enjoy a concert at Razzmatazz, the tickets can start from 17 Euros and go upwards. The only problem here is that you can’t stick around to enjoy the club once the concert is over.

VIP Table & Bottle Service

Being such a populous venue, getting a VIP table for your group can definitely be the wise decision to take for Razzmatazz. The VIP Tables and bottle service are cheaper compared to the other clubs; of course, the prices vary depending on which night you are visiting.

Drink Prices

The drink prices also are quite cheap as compared to the other clubs in Barcelona. You can enjoy a tall glass of beer for just 3.50 Euros, a shot for 4 Euros, and cocktails for 7 Euros and up!

Our Recommendations

The club is absolutely massive, with 5 rooms and a capacity of 2500 people. It is best to keep your phones with you during your visit as it is not uncommon for groups to split up and friends to get lost!

The ticket that you get at the entrance is important, hold on to it, as it is your ticket to getting a free drink!

You can avoid dressing up too fancy for Razzmatazz. The casual dress code is kept up by all its party goers, and while wearing something fancier is technically not an issue, you just might feel out of place.

Well, that’s about all you need to know about Razzmatazz, Barcelona!
